Domestic orders will be dispatched as Priority Post and International orders will be dispatched as First Class International. Delivery time will vary depending on delivery location. International Import Duties and Taxes:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Returns:
Returns are accepted on defective products only. If a defective product has been purchased, please visit our support center and open a ticket with our Shipping and Returns department to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. This number is needed in order to return a defective product and receive a refund or a replacement product. Be sure to explain the nature of the defect if possible, including defective track location if item is a CD/DVD. Once we have given you an RA number, we will email you a return shipping label.
