Below are some frequently asked questions regarding our services.

Q: Why do some CD tracks sound different in quality compared to other tracks?
A: Due to the nature of archival recordings and various recording devices and locations, some sound difference can be expected.


Q: I have a defective CD, how do I get a Return Authorization (RA) Number, so I may return item for refund/replacement?
A: To obtain a Return Authorization Number for refund or replacement of defective product please visit the support center and fill out a ticket with our Shipping and Returns department and we will help you with returning and replacing your item(s). Please explain the nature of the defect if possible, including defective track location if item is a CD/DVD. This is helpful when we return the item to the vendor for credit. Most vendors require specific information and description of defect in order to apply an item credit. In addition to RA number a return shipping label will be emailed to you.

Q: Are the CD/DVDs you sell original factory pressings and not bootleg copies?
A: The Libera Dream Shop does not (or ever will ) sell bootleg copies of any CD/DVD product. All of our merchandise is supplied by reputable vendors. All CD/DVDs are new and factory sealed. Other items such as apparel are exclusive to LDS.

Q: When will you ship my order?
A: You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours. The confirmation will confirm whether the item/items are in stock and when they are expected to be shipped. We stock most items, however due to multiple orders we cannot guarantee your item will be in stock at the time it is received, first received orders are first shipped. You will receive an estimate of delivery time if items are not in stock. Due to high cost and availability of Import CDs, stock is generally limited.
